Robyn Savage was born and raised in West Vancouver, where she grew up playing a variety of spring and winter sports. She’s a Ride to Conquer Cancer cyclist, spin and strength instructor, HYROX competitor, and event operations professional — organized, driven, and not afraid of hard work!

Robyn empowers clients to build confidence, strength, and lasting results by pushing beyond their comfort zones. Off the clock, you’ll find her on the North Shore trails with her dog, Sadie, at sporting events, or exploring the local live music scene.
